We are pleased to announce the launch of the following two Virtual Mobility Grant for PCPSCE :
1. VM: Development of the PCPSCE-Visual Identity Kit II
The aim of this VM grant is to further enhance the virtual identity kit for PCPSCE by creating a poster that communicates the CA’s objectives and activities in a clear, engaging, and visually coherent way. This task requires a good eye for design, proficiency in Canva, PowerPoint, and MS Office, and familiarity with social media strategies and digital communication tools.
2. VM: Management of the PCPSCE-Social Media Channels
The objective of this Virtual Mobility Grant is to develop a strategy for managing the PCPSCE social media channels during GP3. This task requires a native speaker of English or a candidate who is perfectly fluent in English. Familiarity with social media strategies and digital communication tools is essential to effectively manage and grow the project’s online presence.
3. VM: Editorial Management of the Zotero Bibliographic Database
The Zotero database supporting the Compendium was successfully developed, structured, and launched last year. The aim of this second VM grant is to maintain and further enhance the database, ensure the quality and consistency of its bibliographical data, and promote its continued use within the CA. This work requires strong bibliographical knowledge, experience with Zotero and citation management, as well as basic programming or technical skills to keep the database functional, user-friendly, and scalable. Editorial precision and a sound understanding of metadata standards remain essential, alongside effective communication to increase the database’s visibility and uptake.
4. VM: Gender and Inclusiveness Promotion Strategy for Grant Period 3
Following the launch of the Gender and Inclusiveness Plan in March 2026, the aim of this Virtual Mobility Grant is to develop a targeted strategy for strengthening the visibility and implementation of gender equality and inclusiveness across the Action during GP 3. Through virtual consultation with relevant Action members, the grantee will identify priority audiences, key messages, appropriate communication channels, and opportunities for dedicated activities. The principal output will be a concise GP3 promotion plan containing proposed actions, a communication timeline, responsibilities, and indicators for monitoring engagement and impact. This work will help embed gender and inclusiveness more firmly in the Action’s activities and encourage broader participation throughout the network.
The deadline for applications is September 15.
